An easy life

bless the person who came up with the frozen dinner..i decide im hungry go to the freezer pick what im hungry for stick it in the microwave and a few minutes later i have a single pre counted meal what would or dear pioneer ancestors think of this fabulous technology it really is pretty amazing..and it can make weight loss much easier. Today I am dining on a lean cuisine lasagna, hopefully it tides me over for awhile I dont feel like getting hungry again anytime soon but if I do peas heee I come. It always seems for me that I can handle the first half of the day ok ira the second half that gets me..but my goal today is to rock it! And so far so good, and along as I can do good in the eating part all thats left is exercise...i find myself making small really lame excuses when it comes to exercise for example: I would have to change my clothes, there is something good on tv...and one old the lamest i dont want to go upstairs and get my shoes, seriously thats my reason going up the stairs can only help the exercise so from now on im going to attempt not to use any of these lol and get of my butt and do it!
