Will power!

Why is it decisions can be so hard, I know I shouldn't get the cookie at the gas station but out looks so yummy so here I sit eating a cookie not right on so many levels, so will power why is it so hard why as humans cant we just say no and its not just cookies its so much more do we not deserve the happiness in saying no I think we need to learn to stand up too the cookie to say no I am better then you! Why dont we realize or eternal happiness is way way better them a freakin cookie a moment of pleasure blah! So my goal is for the next 36hours is to say no to believe in myself more then a freakin cookie to know that I am worth more then that cause i am!
so yesterday at work we started a biggest loser comp. Im excited to do it and kick some trash! They say if you say something enough your brain will believe it so here we go...i will win, I will win..and not just too win but to better myself of course lol!
